There is just something about gingerbread that screams Christmas to me. I like to incorporate it into our holiday celebrations any way I can – gingerbread crafts, gingerbread treats, and of course reading the best gingerbread books.
I like to choose one day in December to declare Gingerbread Day. We bake and decorate homemade gingerbread cookies, play with gingerbread-scented play dough, and make gingerbread decorations.
